Emma Giroux

Transitioning from countryside to the halls of academia, Emma encountered success’s biggest roadblock: imposter syndrome. Coming from an underfunded high school background, the leap to university posed its challenges, but Emma faced them head-on with resilience and determination.

Her tenure at Western’s Huron University College enriched her understanding of economics, laying the foundation for her future endeavors. Here, she began exploring her love for mentorship by creating a “Women in Leadership” association on student council where she led female empowerment initiatives around campus with 8 first year mentees. However, it was her role as a lecturer in pre-Ivey business foundations that truly ignited her passion for inspiring and motivating others. 

In those classroom moments, Emma discovered a profound connection with her students, realizing her innate ability to empathize, listen, and guide them through professional and personal challenges. It was here that her journey took a transformative turn, to a calling driven by compassion and understanding. Emma has embarked on a journey of self-reflection, therapy, and personal growth.

Despite the odds being stacked against her, Emma has emerged victorious time and again. She has defied expectations with her tenacity, strategic mindset, and unwavering determination.

Emma stands as a testament to the power of perseverance. She is currently in the midst of attaining her Masters of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business. Her dedication, intelligence, and empathetic nature make her an invaluable asset to our team. With her by our side, we’re not just consultants; we’re catalysts for change.
